Our Mission
ADEPT's mission is to enable general dentists to reproduce endodontic treatment of a quality comparable to that of specialists anywhere in the world, in their own daily practice.
The goal is not simply to memorize knowledge. We aim to develop clinicians who can independently build the full chain of decisions — from diagnosis to prognosis — grounded in biological evidence and scientific data.
1. Individualized instruction Every dentist brings a different way of thinking and a different set of skills. Dr. Okazaki is personally involved in every case and every hands-on session, refining each participant's own reasoning.
2. Evidence-based practice We build the habit of reading both classic and current literature critically, and of tying every clinical decision to the evidence.
3. Aiming at specialist-level standards We build up, step by step, toward an internationally recognized standard — consistent with the specialist training standards of the United States.
4. Integrating digital clinical practice We use the microscope, CBCT, AR/XR, and 3D printing as a foundation to raise the accuracy and predictability of diagnosis and treatment.

Every dentist thinks differently and brings different skills — that is our starting point.
We create an environment where you can openly talk through your reasoning, including your failures, and we place great value on being able to explain, in your own words, "why I made that decision."
This builds a lasting ability to articulate how you solve problems and reach decisions.
The content is world-class and highly specialized, yet the instruction is tailored to each participant's level of understanding, which makes it easy to absorb. Being able to ask questions freely — and to deepen your grasp of even difficult topics naturally — is one of the great strengths of this course.
